I bought the complete online business setup on Friday 1st Dec.
It was mentioned that I will get immediate access to the courses but I have not received anything.
It was also mentioned that the shop will be set up within 3 days, but it has not been done.
Rebecca of your customer service told me that it takes 7-10 days. That’s longer than mentioned. I would need the shop to be ready quickly to catch the holiday season.

The response is also sparingly.

Value of Money and Support

There are very few offers on the internet where you can learn about marketing but also can receive products you don't need to create and you will get your Shopify store set up, it's definitely value for money. Jerry gave me a chance to have one session of private coaching and I can also get access to his Shopify developer via chat. Also, he hosts weekly online meetings so we can get guidance to finish store setup, including email marketing and Facebook ads, really appreciate it. Some people were complaining about the delay in the Shopify store setup, it's the developer didn't notify us when the store had been finished, but actually, it had been already finished.
